As a Wealth Advisor, Jake believes strongly in the importance of understanding his clients’ unique situations, as well as educating them on the nuances of any financial investment strategy. After growing up in Tsawwassen, Jake became passionate about competitive swimming. He swam for both the University of British Columbia and the Canadian National Team, representing his country at many international events. As a Wealth Advisor at Precision Wealth Management, Chris provides peace of mind to individuals, families, and businesses through a vast array of financial planning (Tax, Retirement, Insurance, Income, and Estate Planning). He excels at thinking creatively to produce solutions to client’s goals or problems and help them to better understand how the often-complex world of finance relates to their investments, but also how everything is linked to their goals.
Being in the industry as an advisor since May of 2004 Chris has the experience from working with many different clients with a variety of different goals, and as Cliff, the founding partner of PWM, often quotes “We’ve seen the rest of your life through the eyes of others. We can guide you”.
Chris is currently a Registered Retirement Consultant, or RRC, and is diligently studying to attain the Chartered Investment Manager designation through the Canadian Securities Institute on his way to become a Portfolio Manager. He enjoys the collaboration at PWM and being an equity owner in the company, as opposed to the time he spent being an employee of a major financial institution. Today, his clients have become his “employers” with a priority of being there when his clients need him most, and an endless search for better ways to service clients.
Chris enjoys the smaller, tight-knit community that the area offers.
His immediate family includes his spouse, Heidi, his son Asher, and their Lab/Cane Corso/Shepherd dog, Maverick. He was a rescue from Northern Saskatchewan.
As parents to his son Asher, Chris and Heidi are passionate about living a morally rich life wherein they teach Asher while learning about life alongside him. Their hobbies include camping, fishing, boating, hockey, hikes, the outdoors, and campfires with family.
After more than a decade’s experience at a top Financial Planning firm in Richmond, BC, Iwona decided to move her practice to Vancouver Island for a better work-life balance. Today, she serves as a dedicated and forward-thinking Certified Financial Planner with Precision Wealth – one who believes that life-long learning should be a natural component of her career in finance.
As such, she is on the path to become a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM). Iwona cares deeply about her clients’ short- and long-term success, as well as the role she plays in that process.
Born in Poland, Iwona’s parents moved their family to Canada when she was 5 in the hopes of providing better opportunities for their children. She has stayed close to her roots, and spent 5 years as a board member for the Polish-Canadian Dance Society. She and her husband of 7 years, Vito, have two children: Franco, 5, and Antonella, who is 3 years old. In her free time, she enjoys travel, trying new cuisines and spending quality time with her family.
As a Professional Wealth Advisor at Precision Wealth, Carly helps people manage their money, coaching them in various areas that best suit themselves and their families over the long-term.
Carly has a Bachelor of Business Administration, and after university she moved to Vancouver to get into the automotive industry. At the time, she thought that was her true passion. By chance, she took a job instead with an investment fund company. Now, she is happy to stay in the finance industry for the long-term. Carly considers it the best decision she ever made, since it allows her to split her time between two of her favourite places—Nanoose Bay and Vancouver. This blend of time in a small community and expansive city allows her to get the best of both places. In her free time, Carly enjoys anything outside—especially when it is on the water!
Precision Wealth is based on the core values of competence, integrity, caring and a strong work ethic. This caring among colleagues, Carly says, is truly at the heart of Precision Wealth. Carly and the Advisor team work together to provide the best client experience—striving for the lowest costs and best risk adjusted returns.
Cliff has turned a lifelong love for business, math, and people into a successful career in wealth management. He believes that values, not credentials, make the biggest difference, and ensures that Precision Wealth is based on the core values of competence, integrity, caring, and a strong work ethic. Bringing peace of mind to his clients, and being there for them, is the most rewarding part of what he does.
As the founder of Precision Wealth Management, Cliff has advised clients through many significant financial and life changes. This wealth of experience and insight continues to benefit our firm and clients in his role as leader of strategic development.
In his free time, Cliff enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, travel, home repair and spending time with his family and dogs. He enjoys the abundant natural scenery, pace and quality of his community. In order to build upon those foundations, he supports various community organizations, including Loaves & Fishes, a local food bank.
With over 37 years in the financial service industry, 16 as a Certified Financial Planner, I approach managing client’s financial plans and portfolios with the firm belief that their money is their money. I have extensive knowledge and experience in all disciplines of financial planning and am an expert in retirement income planning. I strongly believe that each client’s goals are different and should be treated with the individual attention they deserve.
I was born and raised in southern Saskatchewan and was instilled with the hard-working values of a prairie family. I began my career as a stenographer to the branch manager in a small-town bank. After working my way up and studying to achieve my Certified Financial Planning designation I took a step outside the box and moved to the Cayman Islands and became the first ever Relationship Manager to the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Pension Plan. I was responsible for spearheading the total overhaul of The Plan to better suite the plan member’s and sponsor’s needs and goals.
In 2007 I moved back to Canada to beautiful Vancouver Island. My greatest achievement is the success of my family – 2 daughters, 2 son-in laws, 2 grandsons, 1 granddaughter – all in Saskatchewan.
I have been a member of the committee for the bi-annual Oceanside fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer “The Lunch” and currently serve as co-chair. I volunteer as an exam scorer for FP Canada marking exams for candidates writing to achieve their Certified Financial Planning designation. After spending most of my career in the corporate world of banks I look forward to being a part of the team at Precision Wealth Management and ensuring that client’s financial plans and portfolios are designed with their long-term goals and financial security in mind.

She also enjoys discussing with prospective clients the benefits to dealing with a GIC deposit broker versus a bank or credit union.
Having lived in the Parksville area since the age of 8, Tracy enjoys the small-town feel and strong sense of community. As a proud member of this community, she has sat on the executive boards for both the District 69 Slo Pitch Society and P/Q Wallyball League as well as playing both sports for many years. Tracy also served as Treasurer for the Whiskey Creek Water District and the Parent Grad Committee in 2018 for Ballenas Secondary School when her daughter graduated.

I’ve been working in the world of personal finance since early 2014. I’ve got my CSC and Life Insurance license and am working towards becoming a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM). I moved to Vancouver Island in 2017 but even though I only spent a few years there I fell in love with it’s slower passed lifestyle and beauty but with a growing family, I decided to move back to the lower mainland to be closer to my family.
I spend my free time being active outside and enjoying the beautiful weather BC has to offer. Travelling is a passion of mine and I hope to one day complete my bucket list of must see places around the world.
As the newest member of the Precision Wealth Management Team – she brings her experience as an administrative assistant having worked in this field for more than 10 years. Being born and raised in the Oceanside area, she has many wonderful community connections here and enjoys the slow pace and simple living of Vancouver Island. When we’re not hiking, we love to go camping and explore all that the island has to offer.
